• To listen, engage, and offer feedback for strategies, implementations, philosophies and more

• To conduct research to inform conversations

What it could look like

• Meet one-on-one routinely with MSW leaders with specific agenda items

• Engage in an actionable engagement discourse with assigned tasks and follow ups

• Maintain open communication built on trust and focused on the mission

Expectations

• Flexible, determined as needed

• 1-to-1 conversations scheduled as necessary, suggested timeframe: once every 4-5 weeks

Hopeful outcomes

• Conversations inform MSW’s development with best practices and key strategies

• Ideas are explored and clarified through collaboration

• Partnerships enhance community value and impact
